Florida Generators Pro is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed generator installation contractors in Florida. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any installation work. All estimates, quotes, contracts, warranties, and services are provided directly by the independent contractor you are matched with.

2. Free service for homeowners

Our quote request service is free for homeowners. Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase anything. We may receive a fee from contractors in our network when we successfully refer a homeowner.

3. Contractor relationships

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. While we aim to work with licensed and insured professionals, you are responsible for verifying any contractor's license, insurance, and qualifications before hiring them. Florida contractor licenses can be verified at myfloridalicense.com.

4. Communications consent

By submitting a quote request with your phone number, you agree to be contacted by Florida Generators Pro and by the contractor matched to your request, by phone, text message, or email, regarding your quote. Text message consent details, opt-out instructions, and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. No warranties

This website and our referral service are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of information on this site, the availability of contractors in your area, response times, pricing, or the quality of any contractor's work.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Generators Pro shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, your interactions with any contractor, or any services performed by a contractor. Your relationship regarding any installation work is solely with the contractor you hire.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information in your quote requests and not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including submitting false requests.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law
